On February 9, 2021, Tier 1 Financial Solutions disclosed Jefferies Financial Group’s news bagging a five-year renewal contract with the company. Tier 1 Financial Solutions is a frontrunner in CRM (client relationship management) technology for capital markets and banking.

The multi-thousand seat agreement adds to Jefferies’ licenses by about 50% as the company displays a client-first approach and commitment to delivering premium relationship management tools to their business to significantly engage clients amid a dynamic and shifting industry landscape.
